Recipe, Review and Rae

Pink and I have been busy researching new products and writing lots of new companies. Please check in often so you don't miss product reviews and FREE Giveaways. In the mean time click on the button below each day to see something new. Pink, Shoe Gypsy, and I are sisters. Our other sister Rachel has decided to take at least ONE picture a day for an entire year. Kudos to you Rae, I'm lucky if I rememeber to take pictures on holidays and even luckier if I upload said pictures.

I can't end a post without a recipe.....



Buffalo Chicken Dip
This is the perfect addition to ANY Party.

3-4 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
8oz. Ranch dressing
2 -8 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
8 oz. Hot Sauce, or Wing Sauce
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese (save some to sprinkle on top)

Cook and shred chicken . Boiling the chicken works best!

Mix ranch dressing, cream cheese ,sauce and 1 cup of cheddar cheese until well blended.
Add chicken and mix by hand.

Place in 8×8 square pan.
Sprinkle remaining cup of cheddar cheese on top.

Bake at 350
for 30 mins.

Serve with tortilla chips!

My mom (who I think is the originator of this recipe) uses a whole rotisserie chicken. It gives it nice flavor, and is convenient. Also, she uses buffalo hot sauce - I think Texas Pete brand. Love this recipe!
