Your SSN is easier to crack than you thought

I saw this video on Yahoo! today. If you would like to watch this video just click here. It is only a minute or two long. In the video it explains how a SSN is created. The first 3 numbers are based on the location you were born... If you put what your home town is on let's say your Facebook, and you were also born in that town. Your first 3 numbers have been figured out by an identity theft creeper.

I think some people don't realize the safety in keeping your identity out of the public eye. Never use your SSN for passwords or user names for emails, online banking, etc. It's a crazy world out there. Let's do our part to make it better.
