Skidders Footwear, Inc. was founded in 2008 with a unique collection of toddler shoes that can be worn indoors and outdoors. The idea behind the Skidders shoe was that kids shoes need to be light weight, fun and offer the child enhanced traction and protection. Review-

My son Jackson got the opportunity to test out the Skidders shoes. My son loves shoes, and will pull out and try on his shoes through out the day. I was especially excited when Skidders sent a sample for Jackson to try. These shoes are the coolest things ever. I was getting stopped by complete strangers inquiring about these shoes. I felt like more people stopped me when Jackson would wear these shoes, than I did when he was a newborn baby!

One of the many reasons I love these shoes is because the designs are unique. Jackson was able to test the "Khaki Camo" design. These were not my first choice, so I was a bit skeptical when I received this particular style. I quickly discovered these shoes go with all types of outfits. They look great with brown pants, olive green pants, denim jeans, corduroy pants, and even fleece pants.
Another reason I love these shoes is because the shoe takes the place of socks! I don't have to worry about keeping socks and shoes on Jackson. If a shoe and a sock had a baby it would look just like a Skidders shoe. These shoes are lightweight, and have a gripper like sole for kids on the go! These shoes are machine washable, come with an odor resident insole, no need to worry about these shoes smelling. Jackson has been wearing his for almost 2 months and they still look new. Jackson runs, climbs, and plays outdoors in these shoes. I highly recommend every baby and toddler own a pair of these. I'm getting ready to buy Jackson another pair!

Jackson also had the chance to test out the Skidders Crossover Sock, these socks were different from other "gripper style" socks that we own. Instead of having the name of the maker as the only gripping material on the sock, the Skidders Crossover Sock gripping material covered the entire sock bottom. I had the opportunity to test and review the Skidders Women Gripper Socks. I own 3 other brands of gripper socks. 2 of the 3 pairs have already lost their grips. Of course I was again a bit skeptial when I received my pair of Skidders socks. The first thing I liked was that the socks were a "no show" style sock, I loved the design I was sent, the sock brown with pink polka dots- fun and feminine! I live in a home that has wood floor through out the home, when I wear my Skidder gripper sock, I never slip on the floors. These grips are strong and do what they say. These socks would be ideal for a hospital stay, trip to the spa, or just around your home. Skidders has 18 different designs to choose from, I'm sure you'll find 1 or 2 designs you'll love!

Chiquita Mom Review and Giveaway.

Being a Mom has been the best and most fulfilling thing I've done in my life. I loved being pregnant with each of my boys, and love being with them now. I enjoy our time together, that may be eating around the table, going on walks, teaching them new things, taking trips, playing together, or just reading books at the end of each day. I absolutly love them.

One thing I pride myself on, is that my boys over all are pretty good eaters. I don't know, maybe they were born this way, or maybe my husband and I had a little to do with it. Either way I'm not complaining. Please do not think that my children never eat "junk" because they do, they are my children after all, and I am self proclaimed sweet tooth.

When I first started feeding solids to my children, one of the first foods I introduced them to were bananas. Not only are they easy to mash, they are healthy, and an easy "grab and go" snack that I can take anyway. When Chiquita contacted me to become a Chiquita Mom, I felt honored. I've been enjoying Chiquita bananas for as long as I can remember.
