The yummiest topping for banana bread there ever was. Or will be, I am sure of it.

2/3 cup old-fashioned oats
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons soft margarine melted.
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix it all together and sprinkle over the batter before you put it in the oven. Cook your banana bead as normal.

Hello Pink Nothings, I found you a few months ago and I really enjoy your blog. Thanks for the great posts. This topping looks SO good. I have plans to make some banana bread this weekend, I will defiantly be adding this to the top! I think I'll try it on apple muffins too.
